About the role#

WGI is seeking a Civil Engineering intern for the Fall 2026 term in San Antonio, Texas. This paid internship offers hands-on experience working on real projects for public and private clients, helping to bridge the gap between academic studies and the professional work environment.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate on challenging projects within and across various departments.
• Contribute to team-based projects and individual tasks assigned to your discipline.
• Maintain punctuality and dependability while following company policies and guidelines.
• Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience level.

What you'll need#

• Completion of at least two years of study from an accredited college in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to varied work environments, including indoor, outdoor, and project site settings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or Microstation is considered a plus.
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
