About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience with our Sponsor Finance team. You will work on debt financing solutions for private equity-sponsored leveraged buyouts and acquisitions. This is a paid position designed to provide exposure to the Commercial Business Banking industry through hands-on work and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support the Sponsor Finance team with debt financing solutions.
- Participate in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and deal execution.
- Work on transactions across the nation.
- Complete business projects and participate in leadership development training.
- Engage in mentoring and team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- A clear interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
