About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work on-site as part of the Investor Relations team. The program runs from June through August, with dates flexible to accommodate your school schedule. This role is intended for students interested in a career in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects related to your field of study.
- Participate in business projects alongside bank professionals.
- Engage in mentoring and leadership development training.
- Take part in team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work productively without supervision.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note that we do not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
