About the role#
This is a 4-month co-op position starting in January 2027. You will report to the Product Delivery Team Lead and work primarily in the warehouse. Your main focus is to prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments while tracking and organizing inventory.
What you'll do#
- Receive incoming goods and verify that all parts and items are correct.
- Pack goods for shipment and coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Place stock items onto inventory shelves safely and accurately.
- Create ERP based assemblies and build non-technical products like cables or fastener kits.
- Prepare packaging for current and future customer orders.
- Conduct stock and inventory audits.
- Create administrative documentation for inventory receipts.
- Support product readiness by performing low-level technical testing, validating configurations, and verifying product quality.
- Assist the Product Delivery Team Lead with other tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role, or current enrolment in a higher education program.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and other safety practices, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to learn and apply new processes.

- Compensation: $20 to $26 per hour, based on experience.
