    About the role#

    As a Drafting Intern, you will support engineering and production teams with data entry, drawing revisions, and project documentation. This role provides hands-on exposure to construction and manufacturing processes. You will assist with pour sheets, material ordering, and project coordination tasks while learning about production planning and project execution.

    What you'll do#

    • Enter data into the Concrete Vision ERP system.
    • Revise drawings as needed.
    • Create individual pour sheets for production.
    • Order steel, insulation, and other project materials.
    • Complete special projects and other assigned duties.

    What you'll need#

    • A High School Diploma or GED.
    • Current enrollment in a 2-4 year drafting degree program.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to read blueprints and plans.
    • General math skills and a basic understanding of construction practices.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • The ability to solve problems efficiently and meet project deadlines.

    • Location: Albany, Minnesota.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
    • Majors: Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
    • Note: Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required. You must be able to wear all required PPE and navigate industrial environments.
