About the role#
Wefunder is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support our investor community and improve our internal operations. This role focuses on resolving investor inquiries, building technical tools, and identifying product improvements. You will work in a collaborative environment that values autonomy and hands-on problem solving.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with investors via email and video calls to resolve issues related to accounts, tax forms, and investment details.
- Learn and utilize AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to build scripts, Slackbots, and mini-dashboards.
- Investigate and fix bugs within the investor flow.
- Identify recurring patterns in investor inquiries to create help documentation or flag product gaps.
- Assist with operational tasks during periods of high volume.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program, recent graduation, or gap year status. Relevant majors include Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or Psychology.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to following through on tasks.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine willingness to learn and adopt AI tools for development and productivity.
Location & details#
- Location: San Francisco, California (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2026 (6-month duration, July through December).
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
