Wefunder is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support our investor community, improve our internal workflows, and build tools using AI. This is a full-time, on-site internship based at our San Francisco headquarters. You will work directly with our team to solve real-world problems for investors while gaining hands-on experience in technical problem-solving and customer support.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with investors via email and video calls to resolve inquiries regarding tax forms, logins, and investment details.
- Learn and utilize AI tools, including Cursor and Claude Code, to assist in technical tasks.
- Identify and fix bugs within the investor flow to improve user experience.
- Develop internal tools such as scripts, Slackbots, and dashboards to increase team efficiency.
- Analyze investor inquiries to identify recurring patterns, help documentation needs, or product gaps, and own the resulting solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an academic program (majors including Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or Psychology are welcome).
- A reliable nature with a strong commitment to follow-through and detail-oriented work.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take initiative without needing constant direction.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, human-centered approach to writing.
- A genuine willingness and enthusiasm to learn and apply AI-driven development tools.

- Location: San Francisco, California (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
- Employment Type: Full-time internship.
- Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
