About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience across technical IT tasks. You will gain exposure to how our organization manages technology and data services.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Helpdesk Technician to learn about user behavior, basic triage, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Data Services team to build internal web applications.
- Create interactive visual reporting tools.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- A desire to grow your technical skills through hands-on work.
- Interest in troubleshooting, user support, web development, and data visualization.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
- The role is on-site for Summer 2027.
