About the role#
Wasabi Technologies is looking for a co-op student to join our technical support team. You will work with our enterprise customers and partners to help them integrate and deploy our cloud storage services. This role reports to the Manager of Technical Support Engineering and involves collaboration across our product, development, and QA teams. This is a full-time position for a 6 to 8 month term during the Winter and Summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Help enterprise customers integrate their applications with Wasabi.
- Assist partners in deploying Wasabi within their own environments.
- Investigate the S3 protocol and its communication with our services.
- Work with sales and development engineers to improve our service.
- Validate interoperability between Wasabi and third-party applications using APIs and SDKs.
- Diagnose, research, reproduce, and report software defects.
- Develop tools and utilities to interact with the Wasabi cloud.
What you'll need#
- Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Networks, or Software Engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS S3 or cloud storage concepts.
- Understanding of Linux and networking protocols including HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- A Master's degree is preferred.

- This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Candidates must currently reside in Massachusetts.
- The work follows a hybrid schedule.
- This is a paid position.
