About the role#
This is a part-time, paid internship for students currently enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school. You will work on-site in Columbia, South Carolina, supporting pharmacy operations and customer service.
What you'll do#
- Process prescription and over-the-counter orders.
- Enter prescription information and assist with filling orders.
- Maintain the pharmacy area by handling claims, returns, and zoning.
- Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
- Rotate stock and remove damaged or out-of-date goods.
- Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases.
- Provide customer service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Ensure the confidentiality of documentation and assigned records.
