About the role#
Join our pharmacy team as a Pre-Grad Intern to gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will support our pharmacy goals while learning how to improve customer health and wellness. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Process prescription and over-the-counter orders and purchases.
- Deliver patient care by recognizing patients, assessing their needs, and helping them navigate clinical therapies.
- Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records according to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Pharmacy school.
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
- Capability to cater to individual patient needs.
- Enthusiasm for community activities, outreach, and events.
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification is preferred.

- This role is located in Mentor, Ohio.
- The work modality is on-site.
