About the role#
As a Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern, you will work within our pharmacy team to gain practical experience in a community setting. This is a part-time, paid position focused on supporting patient health and wellness through direct care and operational tasks.
What you'll do#
- Deliver patient care by identifying patient needs and helping them navigate clinical therapies.
- Process prescription and over-the-counter orders.
- Ensure all documentation and records remain confidential according to company, state, and federal guidelines.
- Receive and stock pharmacy supplies from suppliers and distribution centers.
- Manage inventory and keep the pharmacy area organized.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Pharmacy school.
- A commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
- A Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification is preferred.
