About the role#
As a Fleet Transportation Corporate Intern, you will join our supply chain team for an 11-week summer program. This role functions as both a leader and a project manager. You will work on-site at a distribution center, fulfillment center, or transportation office to gain hands-on experience in our warehouse operations. You will also complete an individual project tailored to your skills and interests.
What you'll do#
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve large-scale problems.
- Oversee a sub-department and a group of hourly associates.
- Lead strategically to remove obstacles for your team.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities and executive-led sessions.
- Engage in networking, community outreach, and professional development events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think about the big picture and lead with a servant mindset.
- Structured and organized approach to tasks.
- Understanding of or experience with data analytics.
- Preferred skills include experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, or SQL.
- Relevant majors include Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or other related fields.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site at one of our field locations in Wellford, SC; Midway, TN; Monroe, GA; Woodland, PA; Sutherland, VA; Fontana, CA; Sanger, TX; Loveland, CO; or Apple Valley, CA.
