About the role#
This internship offers a corporate experience where you will work closely with your manager and as a member of your assigned team. You will support our actuarial operations while gaining exposure to the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Perform actuarial tasks of a mathematical or clerical nature.
- Compile and categorize data while verifying factors used in computations.
- Prepare rate filings, schedules of statistics, financial statements, premiums, and benefits.
- Establish rating and pricing levels.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or Finance.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Technical experience with Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, SQL, or Python.
- Knowledge of finance, the insurance industry, investments, or actuarial fields.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
- The role is fully remote within the United States.
