About the role#
Product Operations helps product teams work effectively by improving the processes, tools, and cross-functional connections they rely on. As an intern, you will contribute to team communications, documentation, reporting, and operational initiatives. You will also lead a specific improvement project, moving it from initial assessment through to implementation support based on our summer priorities.
What you'll do#
- Own a defined Product Operations improvement project, including gathering stakeholder input and developing recommendations.
- Support recurring team processes, communications, and deliverables.
- Conduct research to identify key themes and surface improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and identify gaps in current workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation, process guidance, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate assigned tasks, track your progress, and manage project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Experience creating clear written materials, presentations, reports, or research summaries.
- Ability to gather, organize, and analyze information to identify findings.
- Experience coordinating projects, including organizing work and collaborating with others.
- Capacity to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
- Ability to apply guidance effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our Irving, Texas office.
- The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
