About the role#
Vital Lyfe is hiring an Electrical Engineering intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Torrance, California. You will work directly with our engineering team to support the development of personal water-making technology.
What you'll do#
- Develop and optimize electrical components for our desalination devices.
- Manage power systems, sensor interfacing, and system reliability.
- Design and simulate systems using tools like Altium or MATLAB.
- Perform hands-on work with development hardware.
- Expect to spend time standing, crouching, and walking while handling equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Coursework or experience in fields such as circuit design, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, or material science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team.
- A genuine interest in solving real-world technical problems.

- Compensation: $30 to $33 per hour.
