About the role#
This program is designed for graduate students who want to build clinical skills while working toward BCBA certification. You will gain hands-on experience in a structured environment that emphasizes clinical quality and mentorship. The role includes a two-week evaluation period to ensure a mutual fit, after which you may formally join the program. Fieldwork hours completed during this trial period count toward your supervision requirements.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with clients in a direct care capacity.
- Build skills in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
- Complete at least 15 hours per week of paid restricted fieldwork.
- Complete at least 10 hours per week of unpaid unrestricted learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s program in Psychology or ABA.
- Eligibility to begin accruing BCBA supervised fieldwork hours.
- Reliable availability and strong communication skills.
- Prior ABA experience is preferred, and RBT certification is a plus.
- If you have finished your coursework, you must be eligible for any required graduate-level permits.
