About the role#

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at Step and Spine Physical Therapy in Redmond, Oregon. This role focuses on providing high-quality care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You will work within a collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and clinical growth.

What you'll do#

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Participate in mentorship and learning programs to support professional growth.

What you'll need#

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Oregon PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passionate about helping patients recover movement and return to activities.
• Relevant academic background in Nursing or Kinesiology.
