About the role#

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role offers the opportunity to work within a national network while maintaining a local clinic environment. • Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.

• Continue your professional growth through company mentorship and learning programs.

What you'll need#

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility).
• Passion for helping patients recover movement and return to their daily activities.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and providers.

Location & details#

• Location: Milton, Georgia.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour, plus an achievable monthly clinical bonus program.
