About the role#

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and evidence-based patient care.

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.

• Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.

What you'll need#

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
