About the role#
The Donor Relations team is looking for a student worker to assist with donor stewardship, record-keeping, and development projects. You will report to the Director of Donor Recognition and provide support for gift agreements, stewardship, events, and marketing. This is a part-time role based on campus.
What you'll do#
- Compile and record facility naming, artwork, and donor recognition information.
- Review and document Board of Trustee archives.
- Update data and records using Salesforce.
- Organize and track projects in the project management system.
- Collate and mail donor reports.
- Manage digital files.
- Handle administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at the University of Utah.
- Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in project management, administration, or operations is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (on-site with potential for some remote work).
- Hours: Up to 19 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $16 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
