About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Student Associate position within the Application Documentation, Testing and Support (DTS) team. The role is based on-site at the University of Cincinnati and operates on a rolling basis. Students from Computer Science, Data Science, and Business Administration backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of application documentation.
- Perform software testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement application improvements.
- Participate in user training sessions to support system adoption.
