About the role#
The Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development and Letterwinner Engagement supports the success of student-athletes through programmatic initiatives and alumni relations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement programs focused on student-athlete engagement.
- Collaborate with alumni relations to foster connections with former student-athletes.
- Assist in the planning and organization of department events.
- Provide support for student success initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data related to engagement metrics.
What you'll need#
- Experience in student-athlete development.
- Working knowledge of NCAA regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or Human Resources.
