About the role#
The OTD Student Associate provides part-time administrative support to the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator. This role helps manage fieldwork education operations, maintains student records, and assists with departmental documentation. You will work independently to support the program while gaining experience in a professional university setting.
What you'll do#
- Organize, maintain, and upload fieldwork documents to online systems.
- Prepare course materials, forms, and resources for students.
- Maintain electronic files and spreadsheets.
- Enter, update, and track information using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Handle routine administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Participate in a brief weekly check-in with the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling student information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the University of Cincinnati in good academic standing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfort using online document management and data-entry systems.
- Attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
