About the role#
This internship is part of the Famehouse Audience Development team at Universal Music Group. The role focuses on supporting Capitol Music Group and their artist audience initiatives. You will coordinate with internal and external departments to launch programs that manage the fan lifecycle, from initial acquisition to long-term retention.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day email production and planning.
- Assist in developing audience growth strategies and tactics to drive long-term fan engagement.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition programs, such as sweepstakes and early access campaigns.
- Recommend and build new segmentation, targeting, and customer journeys to deepen fan-to-artist connections.
- Contribute reports and analyses by translating data into actionable insights for business strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited two or four-year college or university in the United States.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Fall 2028.
- Ability to commit to 30 hours per week.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Access to housing and transportation in the Hollywood area.
