The Audience Development intern will support the Capitol Music Group and label artist initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating audience programs, ranging from fan acquisition to retention, and assisting with email production to help artists connect with their fanbases.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day email production and planning.
- Assist with developing audience growth strategies and tactics to drive long-term fan engagement and retention.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition programs, such as sweepstakes and early access campaigns.
- Recommend and build new segmentation and targeting strategies, including triggered email flows and customer journeys.
- Contribute reports and analyses by translating data into actionable insights for business strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited two or four-year college or university in the United States.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Fall 2028.
- Ability to commit to 30 hours per week.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Access to housing and transportation in the designated city.
