About the role#
This is a summer internship focused on Retail and Store Operations. You will work at the Under Armour headquarters in Baltimore. The program offers a look into retail career paths from both field and corporate perspectives.
What you'll do#
- Support the Campus Store at Under Armour headquarters.
- Rotate through merchandising and selling functions.
- Work to improve the customer experience.
- Lead in-store events.
- Drive operational components and help develop innovative processes.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure store operations concepts are successful.
- Influence standards, guidelines, and processes by defining operational experiences in stores.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
- A retail background is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Work schedule: Hybrid or on-site.
