About the role#
The Rookie Program offers students a chance to learn and lead through a business-critical project. You will work alongside mentors and leaders to gain professional experience. This internship runs during the summer of 2027 and is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a business-critical project.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Work closely with leaders and mentors.
- Support the product creation process from concept through commercialization.
- Conduct consumer insights and market trend research.
- Contribute to business strategy and portfolio management.
- Help bring consumer-focused products to life.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Recent graduates with relevant experience are also accepted.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Baltimore, Maryland.
- Work Modality: Hybrid or on-site.
- Compensation: $23 per hour for undergraduate interns and $30 per hour for graduate interns.
