About the role#
As a Merchandising intern in the Rookie Program, you will contribute to product assortments and strategies. You will work alongside product, planning, and marketing teams to connect our gear with consumers. This role provides direct exposure to how products are positioned, launched, and managed throughout their lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a business-critical project.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Work closely with dedicated leaders and mentors.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and business performance to inform product decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
