About the role#
This role is for someone who wants to sit in the operator's seat and help turn a portfolio of AI-powered products into a distribution machine. You will help run the growth layer across multiple autonomous businesses. This includes owning social channels, paid acquisition experiments, creative systems, and the automations that allow a small team to scale effectively. You will work directly with the founder and product agents to shape the voice and launch strategy for each business.
What you'll do#
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Operate paid ad accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit within defined budgets and approval processes.
- Build AI-assisted workflows to turn product updates and customer insights into scripts, posts, videos, and landing page concepts.
- Create a repeatable content engine including calendars, templates, prompt libraries, and feedback loops.
- Launch rapid experiments across hooks, formats, audiences, and offers to determine what scales.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, CAC, retention, and revenue.
What you'll need#
- High-agency and internet-native mindset. You understand why specific posts work and why certain ads convert.
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and automation. You either use them already or learn new systems quickly.
- Strong writing skills and visual taste. You can ship work without waiting for a perfect brief.
- Ability to combine creative instincts with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data experiments.
- Responsibility regarding brand accounts, customer data, advertising policies, budgets, and security.
- Evidence of initiative. We welcome students, recent graduates, and self-taught operators.
