About the role#
As a Sales Intern at Twelve, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Retail Sales team. You will work under the Director of Sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn how creative merchandising and branded products are developed. This role involves assisting with showroom preparation, sample management, sales operations, and administrative projects to help deliver an exceptional client experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the Retail Sales team with daily sales activities and client initiatives.
- Assist with preparing customer meeting materials, showroom setup, and product presentations.
- Coordinate customer samples by organizing, packing, shipping, and managing inventory.
- Track customer orders and maintain accurate records in internal systems and customer portals.
- Perform data entry and assist with product setup using Excel and internal tools.
- Prepare reports, organize documentation, and provide general administrative support.
- Participate in special projects and collaborate with teams across Creative, Production, and Operations.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Location: Brooklyn, New York.
- Modality: This is a fully on-site position.
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time opportunity for up to 40 hours per week.
