About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Syracuse, New York. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in engineering and manufacturing technology by supporting production, process improvement, and yield improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Perform qualification experiments and document the results.
- Assist Quality Engineers with data formatting and the generation of data sheets.
- Help with failure analysis and the statistical classification of failures.
- Participate in various engineering product and process-related projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong documentation and procedure writing skills.
- Experience with structured problem solving and statistical data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, plus experience with Visual Basic and code writing.
- The ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Prior experience within Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
