About the role#
This internship provides practical, on-the-job experience for students pursuing engineering degrees. You will join an engineering team to work on at least one major development or production program. Each intern is assigned a manager and a mentor to guide their progress throughout the summer. The program includes professional, career, and leadership development training.
What you'll do#
- Contribute fresh ideas to ongoing engineering projects.
- Perform hands-on tasks including manual trial testing, soldering, and fixture assembly.
- Present a final project summary to the site leadership team.
- Participate in team building and professional development events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited technical undergraduate program.
- Status as a Junior entering your Senior year of college.
- Good academic standing.
- A basic understanding of analog and digital electronics or microwave theory.
- Exposure to at least one programming language.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Location: Stafford or Stafford Springs, Connecticut.
- Term: Summer 2027.
