About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Enterprise Information & Technology division. You will work alongside senior team members to apply your classroom knowledge to real business projects. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027. We offer two paths: the Early Development Program for those exploring career interests and the Emerging Professional Program for those preparing for a potential career at TruStage.
What you'll do#
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain business system solutions.
- Communicate with customers and internal representatives to provide information and resolve issues.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on assigned projects.
- Gather and organize data for reports and project documentation.
- Draft correspondence and prepare written project reports.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate degree program or higher, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive for professional development.
- A foundational understanding of application development life cycles, object-oriented design, and agile methodology.
- A foundational understanding of infrastructure technology, including server platforms, networking, cloud environments, and information security concepts.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship located at our office in Madison, Wisconsin.
- We are unable to provide company sponsorship for immigration-related employment benefits.
- This position is not eligible for a housing stipend.
