About the role#
This internship focuses on building the AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. You will work alongside product managers to develop features across the load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms, directly impacting how thousands of truck drivers manage their businesses.
What you'll do#
- Work on core AI product surfaces including load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations.
- Use AI tools to accelerate product development research, synthesis, specifications, analysis, and iteration.
- Support and execute growth experiments across the carrier journey, focusing on activation, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams on product launches.
- Contribute to partner-driven products such as fuel, parking, and marketplace expansion.
- Build lightweight prototypes, define product requirements, and assist in shipping features end-to-end.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity.
- Experience using AI tools to improve speed and decision-making.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to create momentum without constant direction.
- Interest in marketplaces, logistics, or building products for real-world users.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and move quickly.
