AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth)

About the role#

This internship focuses on building the AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. You will work directly with the product team to influence how over 300,000 truck drivers manage their businesses. This is a high-intensity role that involves building products across load boards, marketplaces, and fleet platforms.

What you'll do#

• Develop core AI product surfaces, including load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate product development, including research, synthesis, specification writing, analysis, and iteration.
• Execute growth experiments across the carrier journey, focusing on activation, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams to support real product launches.
• Contribute to partner-driven products such as fuel and parking integrations, as well as broader marketplace expansion.
• Build lightweight prototypes, define product requirements, and assist in shipping features from start to finish.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or Marketing programs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve workflow speed and decision-making.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to create momentum without waiting for direction.
• Interest in marketplaces, logistics, and building products for real-world users.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and move quickly.
