AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth)

About the role#

Trucker Path is building an AI-native operating system for fleets and truck drivers. This internship provides direct exposure to product development at scale, offering the opportunity to work alongside product managers on the load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms. Top performers may be considered for a full-time Product Manager role.

What you'll do#

• Work on core AI product surfaces, including load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, specification writing, analysis, and iteration.
• Support and execute growth experiments focused on carrier activation, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams on product launches.
• Contribute to partner-driven products such as fuel and parking integrations.
• Build lightweight prototypes and define product requirements to help ship features end-to-end.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• A strong ownership mindset with the ability to create momentum independently.
• Interest in marketplaces, logistics, and building products for real-world users.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and move quickly.
