About the role#
This internship places you at the center of building an AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. You will work alongside product managers to develop features for our load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms. The role involves defining how AI changes the way over 300,000 truck drivers manage their businesses.
What you'll do#
- Work on core AI product surfaces including load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, synthesis, specs, analysis, and iteration.
- Run growth experiments focused on carrier activation, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams on real product launches.
- Contribute to partner-driven products such as fuel and parking features.
- Build lightweight prototypes and define requirements to help ship features from start to finish.
What you'll need#

- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to create momentum without waiting for direction.
- Interest in logistics, marketplaces, or building products for real-world users.
- The ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
