About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship at Trinity Property Consultants. You will rotate through different areas of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and operations. You will work under the guidance of a senior mentor and contribute to real-world projects at an assigned community.
What you'll do#
- Practice sales techniques and support marketing efforts through analysis reports.
- Learn to use industry software and manage maintenance requests.
- Conduct property tours, site visits, and market surveys.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including accounts receivable, record keeping, and phone support.
- Help manage the community calendar and ensure units are rent-ready through pre-inspections.
- Resolve resident complaints and assist with the legal eviction process.
- Review financial move-out procedures.
- Provide customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year accredited program, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management.
- Completion of sophomore year and at least one year of work or extracurricular experience are preferred.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and a customer service focus.
- Ability to handle stress and demonstrate leadership.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.

- Schedule: Full-time with potential for some nights and weekends.
- Compensation: $19 to $23 per hour.
