About the role#
This position is open to students currently attending Mount Carmel College of Nursing who are seeking employment while enrolled in school. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient care that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each individual.
What you'll do#
- Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities, including grooming, eating, and skin care.
- Obtain vital signs, such as height, weight, blood glucose levels, and intake and output measurements.
- Perform EKG and phlebotomy procedures as delegated by a Staff RN.
- Document patient data accurately and completely.
- Maintain assigned patient rooms to ensure they are stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of EKG and phlebotomy courses.
- Completion of a clinical competency course upon hire or transfer.
- Current BLS healthcare provider training.
- Previous patient care experience or technical education in a health-related field is preferred.

- Locations: New Albany, Dublin, Grove City, and St. Ann's, Ohio.
