About the role#
TRG is looking for a Full Stack Application Developer Intern to join our digital development team. You will work on real client and internal projects in a professional agency environment. This role is a paid, full-time position based in Dallas, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Write code that goes into production.
- Build and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, and custom front-end solutions.
- Incorporate AI coding tools into your daily development workflow.
- Document your work through READMEs and Wiki entries.
- Join team standups, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Learn agency processes including version control, project management tools, and client communication.
What you'll need#
- A degree or recent coursework in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one modern framework or CMS such as React, Vue, WordPress, Webflow, or Drupal.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal projects to show your work.
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI tools.
- Ability to take direction, follow through on tasks, and ask questions when you are stuck.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time across multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Spring 2027.
