About the role#
TRG is looking for a Bilingual Accounting Intern to join our corporate finance team in Westlake, Ohio. This role focuses on supporting accounting operations for our Latin America region. You will gain experience in financial reporting and cross-border collaboration throughout the summer of 2026.
What you'll do#
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for LATAM entities.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial schedules.
- Track project costs, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
- Analyze revenue and expenses based on company accounting policies.
- Assist with audit support, internal controls documentation, and compliance requests.
- Partner with regional finance teams to resolve accounting inquiries.
- Translate and communicate financial information in Spanish and English.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Sophomore or Junior standing preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multinational environment.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism.
