About the role#
We are looking for a Power Distribution Intern to join our team in Carrollton, Georgia for the Summer 2027 program. This is a paid, full-time position that runs from June through August. You will work under the supervision of project managers and team leaders, collaborating with engineers and technologists on various projects.
What you'll do#
- Design utility poles for our clients.
- Use field notes and client documentation to meet construction standards.
- Handle other related duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You are a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You possess solid technical and problem-solving abilities.
- You are self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
