About the role#
As a Quantitative Trader Intern, you will work alongside Junior and Senior Traders to gain hands-on experience in risk transfer and price discovery. This role focuses on developing a deep understanding of market fundamentals and quantitative modeling within a proprietary trading environment.
What you'll do#
- Develop expertise in relative value market fundamentals.
- Build and maintain quantitative model tools and analytics.
- Actively learn and analyze real-time trades.
- Participate in formal classroom-style education programs and research projects.
- Assist Junior and Senior Traders with daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Python programming with 1-2 years of experience.
- A minimum major GPA of 3.5/4 or equivalent.
- Completed coursework in Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, Probability, and Advanced Statistics.
- A demonstrated passion for markets, finance, and trading.
