About the role#
TraceRoot.AI is looking for a GTM Engineer Intern to help turn early developer interest into a repeatable growth engine. This is a build-and-own role focused on product-led growth. You will build the data pipelines, outbound systems, and internal dashboards that guide company strategy. You will work in person with the team at least 3 days a week to whiteboard and build. - Build an outbound engine using tools like Clay and n8n to identify and reach teams building agents.
- Grow the company presence in developer communities on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
- Execute developer marketing initiatives including launches, influencer collaborations, and hackathons.
- Create repeatable playbooks by identifying bottlenecks and automating solutions.
What you'll need#
- Ability to write scripts in Python, TypeScript, or SQL and wire APIs together.
- Experience building a landing page, content play, or outbound system that converted.
- A strong sense of ownership over outcomes rather than just tasks.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without a roadmap.
- Experience with developer relations or developer-tools marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack, including tools like PostHog, Clay, and n8n.
- Background in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Location & details#
