About the role#
This is a temporary, entry-level Marketing Coordinator internship based in Rochester, New York. You will work with the marketing team to manage projects, create print and digital materials, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Develop branded marketing content for both print and digital media.
- Create materials including a monthly employee newsletter, client e-blasts, and social media posts.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to support account executive sales teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate within the last six months.
- Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Completion of introductory business courses and a basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest or experience in using InDesign.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize assignments.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
