About the role#
Topps Private Investigation and Security Firm is hiring an intern to join our Finance Department. This role offers hands-on experience with financial record keeping, invoicing, and daily business operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support our core accounting tasks.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and process customer invoices.
- Track incoming payments and manage accounts receivable records.
- Support daily bookkeeping and financial data entry.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and the preparation of financial reports.
- Organize financial documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Help the Finance Department with general administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or a recent degree from an Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration program.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fundamental accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
- A willingness to learn new accounting software and internal financial processes.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Location: Grenada, Mississippi.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week.
