About the role#
We are looking for a proactive and trend-obsessed Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Brooklyn for the Fall 2026 term. You will support our brand through content creation, influencer campaigns, trend spotting, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable appearing on camera.
What you'll do#
- Ideate, film, edit, and star in content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Monitor viral trends and integrate them into our social strategy.
- Organize user-generated content in Dropbox.
- Engage with creators, influencers, and the brand community.
- Monitor mentions, tagged content, and organic chatter.
- Manage daily community interactions by replying to DMs and comments.
- Document social sentiment and identify standout fans for gifting.
- Support in-person brand events, pop-ups, and activations.
- Maintain trackers for influencer outreach, content calendars, and campaign timelines.
- Take meeting notes and assist the marketing team.
- Identify emerging creators and track influencer performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college (junior or senior standing preferred) or recent graduation.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty trends, and K-pop culture.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Canva, and native platform features.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Dropbox is a plus.
