This internship provides hands-on experience for college students interested in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Human Resources. You will support meaningful initiatives that help organizations grow leaders, build careers, and invest in people. This role is designed to offer a behind-the-scenes look at how leadership and talent strategies are implemented across the business.
What you'll do#
- Support key initiatives including the Leadership Academy, Financial Wellness Program, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and the Mentoring Program Pilot.
- Assist in the delivery of workshops, trainings, and leadership programs by helping prepare and execute sessions.
- Gather and interpret feedback from learning sessions to contribute to program improvements.
- Contribute to engagement and development initiatives through creative communications and learning campaigns.
- Create and enhance learning materials, such as slide decks and job aids, to ensure content is impactful.
- Gain exposure to talent reviews and succession planning by helping organize insights and preparation materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva and Whiteboards is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A curious, dependable, and eager-to-learn mindset.
