About the role#
The Learning and Talent Intern supports the daily operations of the Learning and Talent team. You will assist with leadership development programs, learning experiences, and talent initiatives. This role is a fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in Learning and Development and Talent Management.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and manage the team inbox to ensure inquiries receive prompt responses.
- Provide technical and administrative support for virtual learning sessions, including managing attendance, polls, and breakout rooms.
- Prepare participant materials, communications, and learning resources.
- Support in-person event logistics, such as room setup, registration, and catering coordination.
- Assist with Talent Management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
- Perform general administrative tasks like scheduling, maintaining trackers, and data entry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
