About the role#
This internship provides on-the-job training for recent college graduates. You will work on projects and assignments designed to build professional skills and expertise. You will receive direct mentorship and guidance from professional staff as you gain experience in a higher education setting. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to 24 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide entry- to intermediate-level professional services.
- Assist in the delivery of group and individual training sessions.
- Design and develop online training modules and create video content.
- Update current training materials and curricula.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects.
- Conduct original research and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Interact with colleagues and internal or external constituencies.
- Provide guidance to student employees or other interns as needed.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 24 months.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Experience in instructional design.
- Proficiency with Adobe products, Captivate, or other content management systems.
- Ability to assist in developing and evaluating training plans and methodology.
Location & details#
- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Work Modality: This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week onsite.
- Status: Full-time, paid, and benefits-eligible.
