About the role#
The Toro Company is seeking a Video and Interactive Training Production Intern for the Summer 2027 program. This full-time, paid internship is based on-site in Perry, Oklahoma. The program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as the company does not provide visa sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of video productions.
- Edit audio and video materials for impact and retention.
- Manage assets to catalog and organize media, and assist with visual content strategy.
- Produce, enhance, and add interactivity to 360-degree videos and stills for immersive training.
- Shoot stills and video of training events for marketing use.
- Support live production for Zoom and Teams meetings.
- Create text and graphics for training materials while working with content specialists.
- Assist with in-person and virtual training activities.
- Analyze audience data and the effectiveness of training materials.
- Help administer the online learning management system.
- Promote the Toro and Ditch Witch brands through project work.
What you'll need#
- Coursework in video production, still photography, or graphics production.
- Interest in corporate communications and training material development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and present findings.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience with video editing and graphics software.
- Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
