About the role#
The Toro Company is hiring a Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 program. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Bloomington, Minnesota. The program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and requires availability for the entire duration.
What you'll do#
You will work on finance projects that support our treasury and credit operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the implementation of a treasury management system.
- Managing cash, liquidity, and debt.
- Helping with annual credit reviews for strategic customers.
- Documenting standard work processes.
- Analyzing receivable management systems to identify and reduce bottlenecks.
- Reviewing legacy credit processes to find improvement opportunities.
- Gathering stakeholder feedback and developing solutions.
- Piloting recommended enhancements.
- Analyzing business data to solve real-world finance challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a business-related degree program such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Completion of junior-level coursework is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage your own priorities and workflow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- A desire to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a team environment.
