About the role#

What you'll do#
- Support the daily work of your team under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
- Complete a project that you can showcase on your resume.
- Learn the specific tools, processes, and confidentiality standards of your department.
- Work with other departments to understand how the business functions as a whole.
- Finance: Assist with accounts payable and receivable, month-end tasks, reporting, and cost analysis.
- Human Resources: Help with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and engagement.
- IT: Provide user support, assist with systems and software, and contribute to technology projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college or university program in business, accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Availability for a co-op term lasting between 4 and 12 months.
